Sol Wind Experience
As Site HSE Manager, Paul Williams led all site-based HSE activities throughout the construction phase, working closely with site management teams, contractors and client representatives.
The project involved managing contractor performance, reviewing project documentation, conducting audits and investigations and supporting safe project delivery from mobilisation through construction.
Outcome
The project demonstrated the importance of proactive HSE leadership in supporting efficient construction activities while maintaining strong safety performance throughout delivery.
